    i'm really shocked this game was as exciting as it was with one team getting zero offense. And maybe Bennett should try to pass the ball why, they averaged 7 YPC. Colorado springs is the team that didn't run a single play on offense. or punt.

    would have been an idiot to try for it. That's a case of good baseball IQ. I wouldn't say idiot. He was slowing down halfway to 2nd when the ball hadn't even been fielded.... there's just no reason to go for it if there's a shot in hell of you being thrown out. he wasn't the tying run. He couldn't risk himself.

    I don't see why he'd have gotten a better look on that by having his vision jostled by running and being a ffew feet closer. Maybe he should be stationed further back.
