Don't the Mets hold the record of 120 in whatever year it was they were created? Yeah. On a positive note, at least they didn't win only 20 games.

    I don't think it really makes a difference to the Cubs either way. Can't play the Brewers anyway. If the Mets win, they still have Santana set for Games 2 and 5. They might have to throw some mess together for Game 1 pitching, but that's probably a game they were gonna be at a disadvantage anyway without the services of Santana, Perez, or Pelfrey and facing Dempster. I don't see the disadvantage of their hitters having to play 1 more game. I want a 1 game playoff simply because they're great fun. That's not an AB I was expecting

    First base ump not paying attention when the home plaate ump asks for verdict on check swing. makes you wonder if he watched the pitch

    Rodgers has 2 interceptions (one not his fault), a throw off the ump's head, and bounced one off the middle of a linebacker's chest. Not a good half

    Braun is a HUGE tool. Like he has anything to complain about. There was the 90 mph baseball that struck him in the back That's kinda gonna happen when your profession is baseball player. You're allowed to show a bit of displeasure when it happens
