Ridiculous. Nobody was dumber than Ron Santo. And saying "homers have no place broadcasting" or whatever is even more ridiculous. The Comcast games are local broadcasts; why the [expletive] shouldn't there be a homer color commentator saying ridiculous things? Hey, I'm in complete agreement with N&G

Wouldn't that depend on if the shot clock expired before the foul / while the shot was in the air? He was fouled before he shot it, after he jumped, and before the clock expired. 1) he jumped to shoot 2) he was fouled 3) clock went off 4) he released the ball.

I think they said it was the 6th or 7th time it had happened. And Long Beach probably shouldn't have greased their hands before starting the game.

If I were writing the rule book it would be. Don't know if they screwed it up. After the replays the announcers sounded like someone had told them the rules said it shouldn't be a shot/foul.
