I don't understand the notion of "allegations that hostesses had sex with recruits." That's what they do. That would be like alleging that a football fan drank beer. Well, other than being against the rules, a number of the recruits are only 17. That would make college hostesses having sex with them illegal, eh? Only in a few places. There are a few states where 18 is the age of consent (12, apparently), and some of them have "Romeo and Juliet laws" (underage sex is legal if the age difference is small enough).
