  1. If JF continues to play well they won’t let go of anyone until at least the end of season
  2. For crying out loud tim, the gubernet is 100% hiding green humanoids and you know it!
  3. I don’t care if it’s rigged, the BHawks got BEDARD and the rest of the NHL. can suck it
  4. I think whats not being said is that kicking a FG would have meant trusting your D to make a stop, which the Bears D hasnt done in a year. Any ply by the offense had a better chance at success them the D would have had against Denver
  5. dbl pos. Also are others getting an error screen when they post? that's how this dbl post happened
  6. at Halas Hall neither are the definitive answer, not even close. In fact, Id say that either Maye or Williams will much more likely be a bust in a Bears uni Detroit is doing it with a less-than-perfect QB, it isnt impossible. I'd like to see Fields put a few 300 yrd (more tDs than INTs) games together before I'll commit to him, but if you draft QB #1 you still have holes you cant fill with top picks anyway. Poles started this horseshit cycle by punting the first offseason and now has created a culture of losing, this is all on him
  7. It is a different world, but it’s still all just Chicago
  8. Claypool should model, football isn’t his strong point
  9. I’m a homer, but more than anything I want to see JF turn around his career. The panthers can still net us Harrison. We could pick #1 and like 5 or 6 and get a decent LT or DT
  10. I realize they gave up a 2nd rd pick, but everyone knows Claypool is headed for the outdoor in the nfl. Why beat around tge bush? It was a gamble they had to take to try and get Fields some help, but it’s time, cut the chord. They’ll have a great shot at Harrison Jr anyway
  11. I tend to agree, but also had the Bears any kind of defense this game never goes this direction. No pass rush whatsoever
  12. I’m out on a Mtn bike trail so I don’t get to see this game, but by stats alone, I like this JF
  13. B'Hawks are actually quite good at developing point scorers....not like the Bears
  14. Have you factored in the possibility of GB trolls?
  15. Nah, that was his point. JT said "give up your back, turn your hips" describing exactly what you are saying. He had time to get in position to throw a block that would have not been a block in the back. he's mocking him for not even trying that being said, what would it matter since 54 was never a threat to catch JF at that point
  16. I'd start Bagent for two reasons; 1) just to see what he would do and 2) bench JF for at least one game, and tell him to clear his head
  17. oh hes always alive......nothing could kill sulley
  18. Tillman on this MNF screenshot alone: an absolute clinic
  19. that kind of proves what I'm saying, Lovie had a HOF LB and (should be HOF) KR, not to mention Tommie Harris and Mike Brown who were maybe a 1/2 step below blue-chip
  20. but that shouldn't excuse him from taking top talent before JF fails, either. Nothing should stop Poles from building a solid team outside of the QB position
  21. I don't think I agree, I don't think the goal is .500. You have to have top talent at some position to be considered a contender, and the gap between blue-chip talent and rank-and-fil nfl players is noticeable. You could look at nearly every position and find a game-changing talent, someone who's play every week can change the outcome of the game Donald, Bosa, McCaffery, Henry, Jefferson, Warner, and Kelce for instance, are not QB's. Obviously, when paired with a blue-chip QB they are far more likely to be contenders, you still need the best talent outside of the QB position
  22. "exponentially improbable" then the point being, Peterman is likely the biggest moonshot of competent QB play that the Bears have
  23. I would agree, and the biggest reason I wanted Carter. He would have given them one blue chip player, even if JF failed
  24. No its not entirely due to that. They had bigger holes on the D line then they did on the O line even after Poles punted his first FA period, and also likely because of him ignoring FA. They took (3) DT last draft in the later rounds, they could have just as easily taken Carter and gotten a RT in the 2nd, 3rd, etc
