my point is we're also a different team if you have a QB accurate enough to consistently convert on 3rd downs, or if we have a QB with a quick release/play recognition to avoid the pass rush, which Hill gives us i guess i'm a little down on Stafford compared to his inflated perception in the media right now, but he's still not yet played a full season's worth of games for his career so i'm not saying i've lost hope long-term, either I get that, but right now its Randy Moss year 2000, just let the guy run deep and throw it high. Its nearly impossible to defend if you dont have the talent to defend it, where as a dink and dunk team can be over matched. Stafford is young, learning, all of that, but he still puts MUCH more talent on the field then Hill could.
