For The Nationals, maybe. Then some other idiot GM will sign him to a four year deal and we will see all this for a fifth team it is utterly stunning how Dusty falls into these primo gigs. Giants > Cubs >Reds > Nats

I dont get why dusty would hide strasburg. At some point, he has to put out his roster. Is that time the same moment for both clubs? And how different would the line up be between Roark and strasburg? They’re both righties so baring some astronomical advantage one of our guys has over strasburg, why the element of surprise? Just to be dusty?

If you mean a year or two, then id agree. But most top wr’s are hitting their stride in yr 2. Considering we are trending towards a top-5 pick, if one is appropriate for the draft slot, i think you draft him
