  1. Explain If they don't do anything with Fangio today, I will take that as a sign they intend to promote him to HC. Not saying it would be a definitive sign they intend to go offensive minded HC if Fangio is let go, but I think them not getting rid of Fangio out of the gate makes it much more likely they keep him. They arent promoting Fangio. They may try to convince him to stay on under a new HC however
  2. I think my pref would be reverse order of that.
  3. Yeah, and Bradley Chubb or Josh Rosen would be a steal in the third round. Maybe they can scoop up Saquon Barkley in the fourth to back up Jordan Howard. I've seen rumors that Williams could fall to the 2nd on WalterFootball. Says that teams value him quite a bit less than mock guys do. Some teams even have mid round grades on him, according to Charlie Campbell. which is where I got the idea. I want a #1 wr in the worst way. Ridley might do, but getting a solid T in rd 2 would be amazing. you're an idiot cali
  4. I'd be worried about a coach who didn't believe they could coach up Trubisky. Not that he is some sure thing, but I want a guy who can adapt to his talent too and not get so narrowed in on a singular QB talent. I'd be worried about Fangino, honestly. Its setting up like a Ryan/Ditka situation. The Defense is good, is there anyway we keep Vic with a new offensive HC?
  5. lets begin the debate: top #8 choice, top 2nd rd choice #8: Ridley 2nd: Connor Williams, OT, Texas, he'd be a steal here
  6. I dont believe in santa claus, let open our present already
  7. I’ll say it until he’s in the pro bowl. And likely after that. #ilikemitch
  8. HC Ya, no chance Eagles would let him take an OC interview anyways. Hes a QB coach, i doubt the Iggles could block a move up. That being said, he and Pace would be one of the youngest GM/HC combos in the league
  9. Is Flip your choice for HC? OC?
  10. 18-24 230 yards 2 td's and 1 int and I'd be good with Mitchell's first year
  11. Yu should be with us feeling like we do like Yu'd love to but never will again
  12. I keep checking this forum for news, ugh. Make Yu decision already Yu.
  13. sure, but they cant take a guy off the IR, play him, and put him back on the IR for the same damn injury. That's akin to the Dodgers using the 10 day to expand their roster. And the fact the NFL okay'd it is exactly the issue. they scream parity but play the favorites that go against parity. What other team has gotten away with this? the Dodgers didn't get in trouble for that, and they legitimately just made up injuries. I'm sure you remember when the Vikings ruled Favre out on a Saturday before they played the Bears on a Monday night, and then played after being ruled out. Nothing happened to them and that was far more egregious than what the Packers did. I don't see what the big deal is when they placed Rodgers on IR for Joe horsefeathering Callahan in two completely meaningless games. Corey Wooten ended Favres career that game before the Vikings had the opportunity to put him back on the IR for the same injury, so not quite the same. In fact, not even close to the same
  14. Im not sure that is done “all the time” maybe not all the time, but it's not like it's an uncommon practice. teams place players on IR at the end of the year to get roster spots open, even if they're not 100% injured. kind of like in baseball when teams make up an injury to get someone on the DL. And again, the NFL has to approve whether or not a player can be placed on IR, which they did both times for Rodgers. sure, but they cant take a guy off the IR, play him, and put him back on the IR for the same damn injury. That's akin to the Dodgers using the 10 day to expand their roster. And the fact the NFL okay'd it is exactly the issue. they scream parity but play the favorites that go against parity. What other team has gotten away with this?
  15. I don't get what the issue is. Teams manipulate IR all the time as the season ends. The NFL had to approve Rodgers being sent to IR the second time anyway, and obviously they did. Im not sure that is done “all the time”
  16. any reality to the idea that the Packers will be forced to release Rodgers for taking him off the IR, then back on for the same injury? Or is the nfl just going to overlook that?
  17. Ive been saying it: Trubisky was the right pick
  18. Is this like the printed transcript of your stream of consciousness you are really not the person to be making this post I thought i finally found a friend :(
  19. Is this like the printed transcript of your stream of consciousness
  20. i wish i knew whether this was a bit or you just literally never have any idea what the hell is going on primarily the former. sometimes the latter.
  21. it should be the title of the thread
  22. Hows abouts “EEEEEVAN LAGOOOORRIIIIAAAAAAA 1 2 3 4” Damn genius
  23. weren't you the guy who knew the girl with the weird john mayer story, or am i thinking of another poster? Nope, that was me; she was dating alterna soft-rock never was Howie Day at the time, and Day and Mayer were nobodies playing shows together and she says that on the regular Mayer would come back to the dressing room where she was waiting after performing and would just sit or lay down on the ground and just stare at her in silence until someone else came into the room. Was this in his heroin faze?
