  1. Mentioning that the Brewers are on a unreal run right now and they were 12 games under .500 less then a month ago is not talking smack there nuts and gum.
  2. The Brewers are 16-5 in their past 21 games and are 5 games back for the second wild card.
  3. Packers defense looked absolutely terrible against San Fran. However, Cutler doesn't get rid of the ball nearly as fast as Smith does and they will have a chance or 2 to make a pick. I also think we will have a ton more pressure on Cutler. I hope we just put Tramon on Marshall and leave it at that, but that probably won't happen. Forte will be able to run wild. This should be a shoot out. Hopefully, the Packers defense makes a play or two or they will be 0-2 with 2 home losses and the world will be ending.

  5. The refs in the Seattle game just gave Seattle a free timeout.
  6. Not at all. Rodgers won the Superbowl MVP and the regular season MVP. He is arguably the best QB in the NFL right now.* * I do conclude their probably is a ton of tractor riding Packer fans who probably still Favre would still be the right choice.
  7. You're right, one game against a bad pass defense proves he's dominator. But you said he can't take over games. Okay, let me clarify it for you: he's not a guy who can be counted on to carry an offense. There are a lot of guys who have had great single game performances (or even a handful of them) who aren't great or even good QBs. That he did it once doesn't mean you can expect him to be able to in the future if needed. I think most people would agree that if the running game is taken away and the defense is giving up points, that team is in trouble 9 times out of 10. That's like saying... "Well if you keep Brady in check, you will beat the Patriots" Obviously.
  8. Umm, Rodgers...

  10. The flag that was picked up should of been picked up. The one they totally missed... Well, yeah.
  11. Randall Cobb, you are ridiculous :)
  12. You have not watched Alex Smith lately, have you? He's become a competent game manager, but he's not striking fear into anyone's heart. He doesn't need to. Ask the Saints. He's not a QB who can take over a game. That's fine if the defense and Gore care clicking, but if they aren't and a good defense focuses on him and the passing game, it'll be an issue. Like I said, he's a competent game manager on a team with a good running game and great defense. http://espn.go.com/nfl/boxscore?gameId=320114025

  15. I actually had them as the best team coming into this year. Best defense in the NFL. Offense that doesn't turn it over, and now they have Randy Moss for red zone trips. Just my opinion.
  16. Before last year, they hadn't made the playoffs since 2002. That's what I was implying. Sorry.
  17. Yeah, those 49ers never win anything. He's like 12 years old, he probably doesn't remember. Yup, 12 sounds about right.
  18. Packers need to score here. The 49ers might be the best team in the NFL. Never thought I would say that.
  19. No idea. Or why when Colin Kaepernick comes into the game, you don't sell out on the run.
  20. David Akers just hit a 63 yard field that bounced off the bottom of the crossbar and over.
  21. Okay I take everything good I said back.
  22. The refs are actually making a lot of correct calls.
  23. This isnt the Ryan Braun thread, it's the NFL thread. Lets keep the discussion about that. Alex Smith is rolling.
  24. LOLLLLLLLL!
