    Not to mention the bad performances have come against some decent pitchers and two of the games were played at PetCo. What does playing at Petco have to do with anything? The Padres sure seem fine scoring runs there. You don't score runs by just hitting home runs. When you score three runs in five games, that's pretty awful.

    Last Thursday, his average was at .340, and now it's at .313. 3 hits since last Thursday is pretty bad. But the entire team is in a slump, so let's hope that's the reason for it.

    If anybody needs to be fired, it's Jim Hendry. He's made some of the dumbest and unnecessary moves in the off-season/early season.

    There's a huge difference from last year to this year in my own mind. When we lose this year, I don't care as much. Last year every loss was brutal and ruined my day. Better sucking now than later, I suppose.
