Wait, they're worried that their crap pitcher might not be allowed to suck again for them in 2012? I'm sure they can't wait for Carmona's visa issues to be resolved so he can unleash his next 75 ERA+ season on the citizens of Cleveland. it's not like they have a ton of depth. a half-way decent first half from a guy people thought was 28 could have at least netted them a prospect at the deadline

The easiest part is the actual scoreboard. Those LED walls are usually made out of "bricks" that you can stack/arrange in any shape you want. Not sure what all the other construction will entail
