    Fair enough. 1.4 is on the low end of the multipliers I've seen suggested, and OBP has more value at the top of the order in front of the team's sluggers. 50 to 100 could very well be a wash. 50 to 100 may be a wash. However, as somebody else pointed out, Theriot's OBP was probably not going to be .387 ever again. His OBP is at .352 now which he can sustain. He might be able to improve on that OBP with his walk rate going back to last year's. I would certainly trade about 30 points of OBP for 99 points of SLG (his current improvement from last year)

    I think we're going to rough up Milton. Marshall gives us 6 strong innings and the bullpen gives up a few runs. Cubs win 7-4

    What do you think the odds, before the French started, were that Roddick got farther than Nadal? Nadal had never lost at the French and Roddick had never gotten past the third round. Of course, Roddick has to win tomorrow for it to happen.

    He also mashed it at winter ball and spring training. Hes probably not a Ryan Braun. More likely, hes a Greg Vaughn at best for an AL team, but you never know. If we can give him some DH spots during interleague, and he performs, hopefully we can get something for him. I'd put his upside somewhere around a Russell Branyan type player. He's always been a good hitter, but he's never shown anywhere near the ability to be an offensive force. I think he'll be a nice player for an AL team, but barring a spectacular improvement I don't see Ryan Braun numbers. Russell Branyan minus a whole lot of defense, maybe
