Seagar vs 2016 Jake scares me. -
You're gonna be waiting for awhile, they can't hit the curve. Luckily, they're upping his pitch count and he hasn't thrown more than 93 pitches since joining the Dodgers so maybe they'll kick the tar out of Blanton again. A struggle against the curve doesn't exactly guarantee it's going to happen tonight, in one game.

Il probably regret this later but the odds of a ball going to soler that he won't catch that heyward does then costing us the game can't be that high. I get the choice in a long season but in one game...the offense has been meh...give it a shot.

We are playing .600 ball in the playoffs. I'm not scared yet. I wish we could get this going. How pretty would a crooked number in the top of the first be?

So Bauer being forced to leave the game because he was bleeding all over the ball is a new one.

We tried to play our game vs kershaw and got beat. Still missed a couple dongs by centimeters.

Winning at Dodger Stadium will be tough. Never feels like we play well there and I hate how the stupid ball never carries in that park (maybe I'll end up liking that fact, who knows) I'm trying to take a regular season mentality. We're entering a 3 game set, just try to take 2 of 3 though I have this feeling that we're going to have to come back in this series and win it (and we'll do it successfully) I'm confident we can get to Kershaw just because we're a good team who just saw the guy. It's hard to shut down a team twice. A playoff run isn't going to come without it's tough moments, just gotta hang in there and pull this horsefeathers out.

I've never actually watched a game live where the Cubs hit a dong to win on an AB in which they were trailing (like Ramirez vs the Brewers or Bryant vs the Rockies) It'd be cool if I get to see that tonight.
