    Hahahhahahaah! It was incredible how the Wings out-bored the Ducks in game 1. WHAT AN AWFUL SERIES!!! hahahhaah! this tends to happen when there are 8 defencemen between the 2 teams as good as Keith/Seabrook. :) Reading some objective reaction to Browns hit on Hudler last night. Most seem to agree it was not nearly as bad as Brashear's hit. I agree with that, I think Brown was trying to do a legitimate hit that ended up being a tad late. He did elbow Hudler in the head though(which contridicts the Anaheim take). Since it happened in the middle of the first last night and the penalty and game misconduct really hampered Anaheim, I think the NHL may give 1 more game. However, since the NHL does not seem to have a consistent standard and can easily be swayed by national media coverage, I can see the suspension being more. Don't think it was intended to be dirty, but it was dangerous and he should get a game suspension but who knows.

    boxing is a hilarious sport, especially at this weight class They can take a punch but can't throw a KO punch to someone of equal skill level because that person knows how to take the punch.... whatever, fighting as a sport is stupid anyways.

    I had negative confidence in this team last night. But that 3 goal comeback in the 3rd probably messed with the minds of Luongo and the Nucks as well as gave me tons of confidence for tomorrow's game.

    Why isn't it possible (and ESPN's box score has him at -3 as well)? All that means is that he was on the ice for all five Vancouver goals. I know it's not too likely, but it's still possible. Possible for sure... Never really liked the +/- stat =\

    Just a defensive lapse at a bad time. The Final score being 5-3 (empty net) is a lot more than I could have hoped for. I can't believe the Hawks didn't score 1-2 in the first 40:00.... whatever... bounces are bounces... I still think they can take this series in 6.

    I wish I had a reason to cry about this loss... but really I was expecting goonery in the last 10 minutes, that never happened. Hawks had this game under wraps if it wasn't for our terrible awful defense of Barker/Walker. Oh well... Hawks showed they can rape Luongo... DO IT IN GAME 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
