    Why would Bradley get today off? Just wondering? We already had an off day and have another one after tomorrow's game? I know he's been struggling but I would let him play today and then sit him tomorrow if I really thought he needed rest. I'd expect him to be playing in the home opener so you could rest him Wednesday as well to give him 2 days off.

    Our Bullpen has an ERA of 4.02... you take out Gregg's 13.50 (2IP 3ER) and it goes down to a 2.61. I'd be focusing directly on the closer issues and not the overall BULLPEN issues. That being said, I think Gregg turns it around.

    Were you there last night? Awesome atmosphere last night, and a huge win for the Hogs. If you were there, I'm regretful that we didn't have the chance to discuss the proper pronunciation of the Hawks #4 over a cold one! :D No, I had tickets but ended up getting sick... wish I could have gone. I watched the game on the AHL website to see Beach and Aliu play. EDIT: I expect a nice showing in this GDT to get the Hawks thread past 200 pages ;)

    It's the first time in 7 years that the Blackhawks are in the Stanley Cup Playoffs so I def. think this deserves it's own thread (it will serve as GDTs as well as general discussion). Going to put together some highlights from this year and post them in this 1st post similar to the Blackhawks 08-09 season thread! Chicago should embrace this team like I advocated before the season, I said we were in for one hell of a ride and here we are only 5 days away from the PLAYOFFS! Don't miss these games!     That's what editing is for ;) If they meet the first two tie-breakers the next two are as follows: # The greater number of points earned in games between the tied clubs. If two clubs are tied, and have not played an equal number of home games against each other, points earned in the first game played in the city that had the extra game shall not be included. If more than two clubs are tied, the higher percentage of available points earned in games among those clubs, and not including any "odd" games, shall be used to determine the standing. # The greater differential between goals for and against for the entire regular season.

    16th because the Bulls have a game on the 15th... at least I think that's it? Sucks for me because that's a Thursday and I can't be missing Thursday classes this late in the season... damn Paramedic school. Gonna have to TiVo it and have my ear muffs on for that whole 4 hours :(

    Got some really intriguing match-ups in round 1. I'd say Boston/Montreal and Philly/Pitt are going to be damn good series. I think the Blackhawks have the easiest road in round 1.
