so, it doesn't go from worst to first and then flip leagues? ah...i want a concrete explanation on this process... so...tampa releases jonny gomes...he has to make it all the way through the AL before the NL has any shot at him?

correct me if i am wrong...please... say you are the angels...you put a player on waivers...the worst team in the AL gets first dibs and then the best team in the AL gets dibs... then...it goes to the NL...and back and forth... am i wrong?

i already knew this month was going to be a huge test for the boys...even with soriano...however...if they can somehow play .500 ball for this month...i think we will be in great shape come august...and hopefully fonz will be close to swinging at pitches in the dirt again!!! :P

Really? He dropped the F bomb After being warned not to yesterday. Where did I drop the F bomb? you said "F*** YOU FLOYD" I think I seen it as soon as the passed ball..Then I refresehd and it was gone Go easy on him, Soccer-Momzillas. It's only a mistake if you don't fix it. This reasoning causes you to tell you girlfriend she can just get an abortion. if it is a joke, i don't see anything wrong with it...or something said in the heat of the moment in retaliation to some timebomb she planted in your brain... not everything can be evenly divided and categorized in a neat perfectly symmetric vessel...life is messy man I thought it was a good analogy it is and it isn't...it depends on what spectrum you decide to place your feet... i really don't like living in a world where everyone has a microscopic bubble around them that can be disturbed by a soft-falling spec of pollen... but...that is just me... i really do understand your point...and it really does have merit its just that words are very powerful things yes, they are, but context is so much more of a determining factor

Really? "F*** YOU GOD D***" Something along those lines was posted on page 51. I assumed a mod deleted it, maybe he did. Uhh yeah I edited it out the moment I said it. Either way, I'm not sure that you add anything of value to the site at any time. That should warrant a ban. Okay, maybe not. if he annoys you guys so much, just ignore him...no need to take over a thread about it... just an observation

Hendry officially, I believe. ok ok ok well...i have always had a lingering distaste for hendry...so...nothing new, it just continues to grow in nastiness... however i have held my tongue about Piniella until recently... i think he is kind of not quite sure how to play the proper players in the proper positions on this team on both sides of the ball now i am just mad i hate sitting around and watching fools fumble around and mess things up

Kendall has not been our problem of late.... Now that we won't be seeing Reyes and Castillo at the top of the line up it will be even less of an issue... I'm not going to complain when someone has a .957 OPS over his last 9 games, but it sure would be nice to see him throw one of the 19 baserunners that have attempted a stolen base on him since he came to the team. well, i really have never minded kendall, but with fonz out, this team could use another big bat why not? hill vs. soto ?

i just watched him pitch on mlb replay...i couldn't watch it last night... wow...just...wow... in no way was that creepy... i actually got a little emotional...soriano had a little something to do with that... i mean, the cubs finally winning will always be storybook...but man...this year...this year with every up and down...wow... lets make it this year
