  1. Hell of a pitching day in TN
  2. If McKinney doesn't make the Top 100 I will riot
  3. Tonight's HR brings Bryant back to a tie with Joey Gallo for the lead in the Great Minor League Home Run Race. They are both at 37.
  4. thank you, kind sir In other news, my boy Billy McKinney is still 19, 3/4 with a walk tonight, and hitting .330 so far at High-A in a pitchers league
  5. So Dunston is starting tonight's game in KC.
  6. I refuse to believe Varonex Cuevas is a real person and not someone's Skyrim character.
  7. At the very least, it's nice to see the front office isn't [expletive] around this off-season. Anyway, I'd probably rather throw too much money at Lester/Scherzer than give up the prospects they'd want.
  8. Cogs is a HR short of the cycle
  9. Meh, it's Coors and his most important pitch isn't working like it's supposed to because of it. We'll score more off this dude anyway. Oh I wasn't being negative. Legitimately curious
  10. Fair point, but I'd say that'd be one hell of a coincidence. The only thing is why would they take him out? Just let him finish the game and then promote him. That too
  11. Yea not sure why anyone would think our front office would be eager to just try to dick over and piss off another front office over such low stakes.
  12. When was the last time Arrieta had a game this bad?
  13. Digging McKinney's 19:13 K:BB ratio.
  14. Schwarber is likely wearing down. 61 games played was his high, he's at 107 counting tonight. Yea, pretty probable.
  15. Fair point, but I'd say that'd be one hell of a coincidence.
  16. They kinda do. Brett mentioned that depending on the outcomes of tonight, Cubs could lose a spot in the waiver order. Besides that, they do not. They already made the claim. Why would the lose a spot? That seems silly. They fail to make a deal. Turner goes back on Waivers, irrevocable this time, and the Cubs have lost a slot or two in the time since.
  17. Thank god, they're finally warming up in TN
  18. Hmmmmmmmm Hoping to give up someone lesser. While I agree, he's worth much more. Oh I agree. And my original thought was Daury Torrez. And Dunston is at a similar level of talent and at the same level in the minors. I would much sooner give up Dunston than Torrez
