my guess is that Hawk and DJ do the Sunday WGN game Don't know if this has already been mentioned but Len & Bob/Hawk & DJ are each doing the games today and Sunday (tomorrow's game is on Fox). They will alternate between WGN and Comcastsportsnet (right now Hawk and DJ are on Comcastsportsnet).

Lou just said on the pregame show that Marmol will be used in middle relief. He likes Marmol's power arm.

In case you guys missed this in Rivalries, you have to check out this exchange between Mike North and Ozzie Guillen. North and Guillen Keep in mind that North is a Sox fan and typically a Guilen apologist. Ozzie is just a tool.

David Schuster on The Score is also reporting "changes" but I didn't hear anything about them starting on Monday. This could get interesting!

Was Cherry really doing that bad? In 8 appearances he had a 2.8 ERA....I know we can't recall him yet, but why'd he go down? Obviously it wasn't b/c they Wanted Fontenot here for much time (I guess just to cover DeRosa?)...seems strange. I think DLEE is headed for the DL. Just a feeling. Nah, I don't think so. He took batting practice and he was sliding into bases. I think they are just giving him another day... He's expected to play at some point this weekend.

AJ Pierzinski was on the Mike North Morning Show, this morning, talking out being disappointed that Ozzie Guillen is starting Toby Hall in today's game. North said that he agreed that AJ should start... Later, Guillen called into the show and started spewing profanity on the air because North questioned his lineup then the two got into a heated exchange before Ozzie abruptly ended the call. LOL, Bob Brenly was also on the line but he kept quiet and was no doubt laughing with the phone on mute. HILARIOUS! I can't wait to post the podcast.

You actually think we'll win one? We'll win one. The Sunday game they got a Rook going. Contreras isn't going? I don't think it's been determined. They have to juggle things because of the rain out/double header earlier in the week. I read that the rookie John Danks or Contreras could pitch on short rest or they could bring up Gavin Floyd... Danks has pitched well and he's a lefty. Considering the Cubs struggles against LHP, I'd prefer they not see two in this series. Ozzie says Contreras is going. I think it's hysterical that he wants to send out an old man like that on short rest, but hey, Ozzie's a genius. I agree... I read the other stuff in the Suntimes a couple of days ago. I'm shocked that Contreras is going to pitch on short rest. Hopefully, the Cubs make them pay.
