  3. Why throw him a fastball down the middle when he hasn't even gotten his bat off his shoulders against the curve?
  4. I've seen that movie probably 50 times. Are you kidding? On a rainy summer day in high school when I was off work, I tried watching it with three friends, and it was so remarkably unfunny that we just went downstairs and played Sega. It's honestly the worst movie I have ever seen. Haha, different strokes I suppose, I love it. I play it a lot though when I want to go to sleep though so I easily see the other side of the fence.
  5. Did you mean to say: Why hasn't Chris Elliot established himself for the comedic genius that he is? or, Why has Chris Elliot established himself for the comedic genius that he isn't? The latter. Stupid typing. The paperboy was one of the funniest shows in televison history. Cabin Boy I've seen that movie probably 50 times.
  6. Would not mind. Kendrick is gonna be hurt for a while though.
  7. I love this thread - http://www.dodgerblues.com/fanforum/nfphpbb/viewtopic.php?t=8369
  8. Z does have to become good again, right?
  9. Yeeea, thanks for pointing that out.
  10. I'm not sure that's completely true-in the data I have, he's been up and down with that. In 2002, he was much better in the first half In 2003, he was a little better in the second half In 2004, he was a little better in the second half In 2005, he was a little better in the first half In 2006, he was much better in the first half. So he's a first-half pitcher, but his two best years were split down the middle, and didn't have that much of a difference either year between first half and second half. Thanks for checking up on that, sheds a whole new light on the situation IMO. The only thing I don't see there is a little worse in the 2nd half however, so either this season will be a first or hes gonna bomb the rest of the way.
  11. Here Here. I actually supported the signing although not too strongly. I was just optimistic based on the assumption Rothschild would know what to do with him. He has definitely passed all expectations.
  12. Ahh that makes me happy. I predict the offense busting out tomorrow against Maholm to take the series.
  13. I can vouch. Did you grab him by the tie?
  14. Ok...lets build from the bottom up...if Jacque is hitting 8th, is this the line up? Soriano Theriot Lee Ramirez Murton Barrett DeRosa Jones Marquis Jones hitting 8th shows that Blanco isn't starting despite the long game yesterday...I'm gonna go with the above line-up, possible switching murton and barrett.
  15. Says the guy who wears a shirt and tie with jeans. totally off topic, but i went out dressed like that later that night, and it was a huge hit. I don't know how old you are, but if you're still in the "going to the bar" age bracket, you will pull some wool, guaranteed. I shall try this. Me too.
  16. That's a completely useless post without a link. what he said
  17. 'Cause suicide is painless it brings on many changes and I can take or leave it if I please ...and you can do the same thing if you please.
  18. I'm just getting warmed up here, who's got the cocktails?
