It's wrong to hate an opposing player with good defense? I'd find it as more of a compliment than anything else. If that is what it is, sure. It seems most of my Cub fan friends hate him for being pompous or something. I can't remember him doing anything against the Cubs. Nice shot Pie - wow he got into that. Maybe it's the patented time and dive maneuver...and the eyeshadow.

RHIAB has some sort of weird vendetta against Theriot. He prefers a guy with a .100 avg and .125 obp as opposed to one with a .339 avg and a .362 obp Theriot isn't BAD at SS. He was obviously good enough to play it through college and halfway through the minors. People act like he's never played there before and I can't figure it out. And what is it about Theriot's minor league numbers suggests this offensive outburst is sustainable?
