I would obviously not be as comfortable as I am now, but I wouldn't be even close to thinking it's over or that the Cubs were gonna blow it. The Reds we'e facing are without Dunn and Griffey, and Harang might even miss his start. The Brewers are facing a Padres team (admittedly also battling some injuries) fighting for their playoff lives. If the Cubs couldn't manage to, at least, win the same amount of games as Milwaukee in that scenario, they wouldn't deserve it anyway. The way I look at it is that, after this game, the Crew is going to be only one and a half games back. When we lose two of three to Cincinnati, the Brewers can win the division outright simply by taking 3 of 4 and they can force a playin game by spliting, which they almost certainly will do.
