how many catchers in MLB are considered an actual offensive threat? Pudge? Victor Martinez Jorge Posada Russell Martin Joe Mauer Brian McCann Kenji Johjima (to some extent now) Pudge But most teams have catchers who aren't a complete black hole on offense. i'll give you Mauer, but none of the others are offensive threats imho... Sori for 3! Hmmm. What constitutes an offensive threat in your book? apparently not a catcher with a .933 OPS. Shouldn't Barrett be on that list?
