  1. 9-1 Fish top 8th
  2. There's a joke in there somewhere about arm, throw, strike, backstop......but I just can't find it.
  3. 8-1 Phish Bot. 6th
  4. I'm fine with them when the pitcher has ace stuff and it seems like no team in baseball could get a runner in scoring position off of him. However, when the pitcher is responsible for a lion's share of the other team's offense, I tend to be a bit more cynical. Cain did not have "ace stuff" today, he pitched well enough, but the Cubs did not execute.
  5. This ump is ringing everyone up, early dinner I guess.
  6. Z's fastball topped out high (about 96), but once again his movement was more right-to-left than up-and-down. Makes many of his pitches more hittable.
  7. Cain is still not pitching that great.
  8. When's the last time ARam hit to the opposite field?
  9. Z would like to punch you in the face so he feels better about his performance.
  10. Cain is clamping down Cain isn't pitching that great, the Cubs just aren't getting it done.
  11. This inning is all on Z, no one to blame but himself.
  12. i heard there are tornado warnings in Chicago? Yeah.
  13. Yeah, the Cubs have hit the ball pretty well so far.
  14. Not at all, but it's not raining here yet.
  15. Picked off 2nd. Really dumb play by Ward. Thanks, I'm watching it, just too shocked to say anything.
  16. That show had some unbelievably funny skits.
  17. AVG .222 | HR 11 | RBI 55 | OBP .264 | SLG .373 Don't understand the trade or what value he brings beside being better than Fox at this point. Monroe's career numbers against lefties: .277/.321/.501/.822 Fox looks over-matched against Major League pitching. He needs more time in the minors. Fair enough, hope the Cubs didn't give up anyone significant for him.
  18. AVG .222 | HR 11 | RBI 55 | OBP .264 | SLG .373 Don't understand the trade or what value he brings beside being better than Fox at this point.
  19. I just happen to be watching it right now and I just read this. I just saw you. I have it on DVR, but don't know how to do anything with it. I can't find you, but maybe you can spot yourself, cubmanpi. http://img54.imageshack.us/img54/5158/wmplayer200708231224585up6.th.jpg http://img54.imageshack.us/img54/8018/wmplayer200708231224567qu4.th.jpg :?: if you can pinpoint the time/location you were in, maybe i can look again.[/img] He wasn't shown on that telecaste, he was shown on the Chicago feed.
