We traded Wood for Maggs straight up, iirc. You're right... Both nice trades for me. I don't see how my team sucks so bad. It actually looks pretty good from top to bottom.. I hope they get going. Colon and Wang should help give me 6-7 solid starters. I'm going to have to drop one of the current ones I think.

The first run was on Izturis, I'll agree there, but it's the walk that lead to the rest of the blow up. The funny thing about the Cubs, I don't even care anymore, and we're only 2 weeks into the year. I expect mediocracy or less out of this team already.

Haha.. I love that this area of the message board tolerates foul language. God damn Westbrook, and now god damn Scott Eyre... He is terrible. Lou should have pulled him with runners on 1st and 2nd. This Cubs team is the same story... what a [expletive] joke.

Same 4 teams? I finished above you last year, and, have only missed the playoffs twice since the league started. I've finished 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th in the division and then the one year, I don't remember because the stats are gone, but I know I was an injury machine that year.

Ok.. could be an interesting day. I have 2 starters, whom are pitching against each other. DJ has none....Hopefully the new pitching stats pay off, and both guys have a good day. I'd love to see a 1-0 game, with both guys going 9 innings. It's all about pitching for me today, and the difference of being 1-1 or 0-2 for the first time ever I believe (maybe not, but I don't remember the year of the Dislocated Shoulders very well.. that year sucked!)

I'd say, like my experience with Hanley this week... He was out for 4 days or so with a bad hammy. I reserved him, he played yesterday. Having seen that, I've put him back in the lineup for today, and benched his replacement.

Jesus Christ is pitching more important than I've ever remembered it being. I looked at the player rankings after week one, and my bats stack up with anyones.... too bad my pitchers were complete crap last week. Hope this one is better.. I seem to do well vs Raw historically, at 7-2...
