    Crap. Now he's going to be rusty...and there's a chance he might not even play. Nah. He'll be able to play, but being rusty worries me a bit.

    I don't like when they change jersery/pant combos for primetime games. They need to just stick with navy and white at home and white and navy on the road. But I'm guessing part of it is to get the intensity up even more. Not that I think they need it.

    Bears wearing navy jerseys with navy pants tonight. I hope they erase the memories of the last time they wore that combination. The middle of the field has been re-sodded. The tarp is still on the field even though it's not raining, but the field should be pretty dry underneath.

    The refs give the Bengals a timeout, but that's still a pretty bad screwup regardless of the outcome. Not getting a play off there hurts.

    Is Northwestern State one of those on line schools? Wouldn't ask that to an Iowa fan. Not a good trip to Chicago for the Demons with two blowout losses at the hands of DePaul and Northwestern in less than 48 hours.

    Northwestern blows out Northwestern State 85-59 in Evanston. NU will enter the Big Ten season 10-3...the first time in school history that they'll enter conference play with double-digit wins. Coble is going to be a good one.

    Wow. A 304 game streak with making at least one three pointer just ended. But Deng set a career high with 32 and the Bulls beat the Cavs 103-96.

    Great. The Bulls are once again showing that they don't know how to run down the shot clock.

    And the unanswered streak ends at 24. That sure was fun. James fell down again within a minute of re-entering the game.

    James slips for about the sixth time tonight, and now he tweaked something. I'm not sure if I've ever seen a player keep losing his footing like he has tonight. Great turnaround by the Bulls in the third quarter. Bulls by 11 on an 18-0 run!

    For a Payton jersey, if you know someone in the Chicago area who would be willing to check out a Sears or two, that would be your best bet. They're the only place I've seen that sells Payton and Butkus replica Reebok jerseys that are not the EQT (nameplate and numbers sewn on) jerseys. They're just like other replica jerseys with the numbers and name screened on. They retail for $55. Home only, though. I've never seen a road replica Payton jersey. At least not one that has been made in the past 5 years. EDIT: And take a look at this list. Still wary of the authenticity of some of them, though. Know anybody? :wink: Well, the one near me was pretty much sold out the last time I looked (except for an XXL). But if you can get an EQT online for around the same price or a little more, it would probably be worth it. They do look nicer. I was hoping the forecast would change, but no luck so far. Mid-to-upper 40s with a good chance of rain all day and night.

    McKie is still limping badly, according to the Trib. Reid is expected to get the start at FB, with Runnels also getting time, most likely. Tillman missed practice once again today and is 50/50.
