    Seriously, I have not written them off. I can seriously see them taking the next 2 at home. I relish a Game 5, got no other choice.

    Aram is a good hitter, but he's not necessarily consistent. When he's not in the zone, he's not in the zone. Too bad this is a terrible time NOT to be in the zone.

    I think those were probably 9 innings of the worst at bats I'd seen all season, on the Cubs side, I mean, of course. It was hard to get through all that BS with the Cubs batters to even get a real look at what Davis was throwing. Thanks for the embarrassment on national TV!

    I guess you have to give Ronny the benefit of the doubt. He is WELL aware of the dangers of diabetes, so I'll assume whatever he did he knew full well what he was doing.

    In that scenerio, I'd go for the Rockies. The D'backs have been a thorn in the Cubs' side for a while now. I'd rather see a new "face" in the WS. Plus, I have a bone to pick with the Dbacks' fans. I went down there for a series against the Cubs a while back, and they spent more time cheering against the Cubs than then did for their own team. It was insane.

    I'm never going to be convinced that Dempster is a textbook closer, or the closer the Cubs need. Probably the least of the team's problems right now (because there haven't been many games to close), but my two cents.
