Amazing that the Cobs can do a 4 game sweep against the Cards and then get smothered by pathetic teams like the D-Backs and Pirates. WTF, Cobs. Please learn to get up for the rest of the games on the schedule aside from those against the Deadbirds. -

Anyone have any idea if WGN is still planning to air this game as well? They are already scheduled to air the first game of the doubleheader, as it was set previously, but not sure about the makeup game. Only reason I ask is because our wonderful cable provider here in the hometown of the Cubs AAA affiliate only carries the Cubs games that are on WGN, or the ones on ESPN that we are lucky enough to not have blacked out.

LaRussa fear retaliation for 4 bean balls (two not called) and several other close calls over the past two days and Z on the mound for the Cubs? ok, with this likely being the last inning for Z, I'm looking for a little payback right here. since no boppers are coming up this inning, Molina seems like as good of a candidate as any. c'mon Z. get the first two and then go after him. Can't do it now unless they get a DP here.... Ermmm....maybe that was an attempted beanball right there.....
