One could say Michael Jordan had bad judgment who had that poker game with a convicted felon who were later killed by associates I wish it were that easy to throw a best friend to the curb, i know it would be extremely hard to do it in my case When that best friend is just hanging around to mooch off your wealth, and is causing MAJOR problems for you, what good is he? It's like staying with a lying & cheating girlfriend just because it's too hard to break up. Whos guns were they? Unless he goes to prison for a long time, there will be plenty of teams who would pick him up in a heart beat so no his football career isint probably over Maybe teams will give him a chance, but he doesn't seem to want to change his gangster ways. Honestly, I'm not sure what last night's incident showed about his "gangster ways" (unless we know more information about what happened). It just continued to show how bad his judgement is/that he doesn't think. His lawyer was just on WGN and said he was only in this club for 8 minutes, he didnt even have a drink or sit down yet. That doesn't really mean anything. It just means it happened 8 minutes after he got there instead of a couple hours/few drinks in. He still went out with this guy when the Bears had told him not to be involved with anyone like this anymore. If the employer you work for told you not to go out with your "best friend" would you listen? If that employer was paying me millions of dollars to play a sport, I have no other way of making millions of dollars, and that friend is a convicted felon who just helped get me into a world of trouble? I didn't have much problem with the gun charges, but the whole thing that happened at the night club tells me that we need to stay far far away from this guy. Innocent until proven guilty
