Oh it's absolutely a mythical dream. No indication whatsoever that the Bears will be active at the deadline, with the possible exception of trading away Harris. And I just don't see any teams giving up anything for him.

Total Bears fan fantasy. There were rumors about a year and a half ago that the Bears were interested in him, and then there was this blog post in the last week, but it was just a suggestion. Anyway, don't hold your breath.

Fine with me. I don't understand how you can play as poorly as he played last week, and then have the type of reaction he had to being demoted this week. I'm guessing this is part of the reason why he didn't dress, because he turned into captain sulk last week. Yeah, I'd have a hard time getting worked up over a Harris trade. Can't even blame last week on injury. He was just playing dumb.

I feel the same way, he's done great work lately. Also recommend Cubs Den and The Cub Reporter (great for Arizona Phil's content). That's some high praise. Thanks, gents. And now, naturally, this latest rumor will prove unfounded, and I'll be banished to the depths of the unreadable masses... Its tough being the top dog.
