I forget what I was listening to/watching, where someone asked if they were required to have information in "paper" form in the dugouts, or if they could use technology. The response from whoever was being interviewed (sorry, I don't have more details) was that they'd never seen a laptop or ipad in the dugout during the game. And it's made me wonder why we don't see that really in any of the major sports. You'd think that using an ipad would be a great tool for drawing up a play to show players during an NBA timeout, or a good way to store an NFL playbook.
