I believe this has been assumed all offseason. Somebody with the trib tweeted yesterday that it doesn't make sense to trade for Osi because he thought "the goal was to get younger". The goal for the Bears should be to get younger. There is no huge need to get younger, it's all about bringing in talent. They don't need a 33 year old back up QB. But they can use talent anywhere, no matter the age, if the price is right. Yeah, and Emery has made clear that they are building for now....not so much for down the road in this draft. They want to get guys in here that can make an immediate impact, whether that's by draft or trade.
