You spelled ridiculous wrong. I said, it's a possiblity he will never play football again. Possiblity. That's two years in a row of season ending injuries. If you think it's a given that he comes back for sure, you are the one being ridiculous. Oh for pete's sake. It's possible he'll get hit by a mack truck. What a pointless argument.

Well the reason they haven't officially announced Clutts being released is that a bunch of teams are interested in trading for him.

So you've determined that Evan Rodriguez is a disaster? Hardin got hurt...not sure that's a disaster. It's football, and he was going to be depth anyway, not a starter. Round 6 and 7 got cut. Big whoop.

Played well enough to get a job somewhere, I would think. Def. That's why we had to go with Blanchard for the practice squad. They'd never be able to keep McCown there. By rule they can't put McCown on practice squad, right? What rule is preventing that? Not saying you're wrong, I just don't know. EDIT: Ah yeah, too much experience....derp.

Bears waive WR Joe Anderson. Won't be a 3rd string QB. Blanchard will be on the practice squad, and thus is the closest thing we'll have to a 3rd string QB. The Bears clearly wanted to use that roster spot elsewhere.

Jabara Williams to the practice squad. Bears will sign Blanchard to the practice squad tomorrow.

Lorenzo Booker wins the 3rd RB job. Allen released. That's the right call, imo. McCown was released per Vaughn McClure.

Bears will waive CB Cornielius Brown. Cheta Ozougwu will likely make the team.
