At this point? I'd say this series would be a more surprising sweep most because Boston has the next 2 at home. Yeah, you're probably right, but I guess I was meaning looking back, which one would be more surprising as a whole. But that's splitting hairs...either one would be a big surprise.

It's been a long time, but I don't remember everyone other than Jordan playing like [expletive] for most of the first 3 rounds of the playoffs. They were taken to 7 games against the Pacers in the ECF as well. They also needed overtime to beat a team coached by John Calipari and have the exact same playoff record heading into the Finals as the Heat do. But there I go comparing Michael Jordan to Udonis Haslem again. That 7 game Pacers series is really overlooked/forgotten about. More like Emery's replacement after someone does the same. Of course, if they follow the Detroit model of not paying goalies then maybe he's his eventual successor. Yeah, Crawford is 28..he'll be 29 by the time he's a UFA. I could see the Hawks going the cheaper route rather than paying Crawford.

Apparently the signing had occurred several days ago, but they've been trying to keep it under wraps because they didn't want to announce during the conference finals. Sounds like they couldn't keep a wraps on it. She looks a bit like Jane Lynch.

That Ilyn Payne ish cannot stand How is that not a double minor? Unsportsmanlike, slashing, or cross checking, take your pick. How does Toews get a roughing minor but Crawford doesn't? I'm thinking the ref may have just given the roughing that Crawford would've had to Toews instead, feeling like a penalty had to be handed out, but not wanting to penalize the goalie. Although I suppose it doesn't much matter. Someone would've served the penalty for Crawford anyway, right?
