    That would not comfort me in the slightest.

    We all spend a a bunch of time on a Cubs message board in 2020. None of us are exactly using our time to its fullest.

    I agree but I'm assuming that Hinch and Luhnow are going to be blackballed, at least for awhile, because of this. Assuming they were the ringleaders behind this, I would guess any other GMs or managers would at least hesitate before deciding to possible cheat this blatantly in the future. Alex Cora is the ringleader. Hinch, at least, was just a dude that knew it was going on and didn't stop it. He's got the best chance of moving on successfully from this.

    I'm also frustrated that no players were disciplined, but it's probably difficult to do that if significant numbers of players were involved.
