    It is a different rapport, though; not bad at all, but Len seems to react to him like he's this weirdo who's wandered into the booth with him. It's pretty damn funny, but I definitely miss the Bob & Len dynamic. Ha, I don't get that vibe at all. Instead it seems to me that Len laughs and knows enough to let the joke be, without further comment.

    I liked Bob for the most part while he was here...I think he's gotten more meatballish since he left, from what I've heard.

If his back skate was on the ice, he'd be considered still partly behind the line, and then it would've been ok. Plenty of debate if that's how offsides should work, but it's how it currently does work.

    Not really directed at you, but I get the sense people are really gripping hard this year, almost like these games are extension of the postseason and they are all huge. Or nah? Maybe, but game threads are always stupidly reactionary/emotional.

    I'm not listening, but like those that refuse to believe that LaStella can hit a baseball, I refuse to believe Coomer can be interesting or insightful. You must me be mistaken.

    Even casual fans know this team is good, so they're coming to the park ready to cheer. Give them a break. It's every single fly ball........ I realize...but this team is expected to do well, and thus the bandwagon is enormous. Everybody's mom, grandma, kid, and weird uncle is going to games this year...probably a lot of them that didn't come the entire time the Cubs were bad. So they cheered a little prematurely. Big whoop.
