    Seems like there's not enough general NFL chatter for weekly threads. Anyway, apparently Cowboys DE Marshawn Kneeland is dead at age 24.

    Seems like a situation where they can stick with Moody, and have Santos be "injured" as long as they need to. If Moody starts sucking, you bring Santos back.

    I think both of these guys might have expanded roles later on in the season as the offense grows. That also could be wishful thinking on my part.

    This is true, but the other way to look at it is they've had so many would-be TD's turned into field goals by penalties and muffed snaps.

    Every win he's been like this...fired up. Ben Johnson has some red ass in him and I like it.

    I get that Caleb is still young and is coachable and has room to grow, but I just don't know. I don't doubt his physical ability, but I do doubt his decision making. I hope Ben can solve some of that through coaching...but I'm doubtful.

    What a complete teardown of Reinsdorf. I hadn't heard about him horsefeathers-talking the Cubs to people in the Brewers org. Jerry Reinsdorf — No. 1 Worst Owner in Sports?

    The last one they obviously got very lucky on. The Bears had almost nothing to do with that one other than recovering it. But the rest of them they very clearly had something to do with. Interceptions obviously require a mistake by the QB, but they have done a good job being in the right place at the right time on those. And that first fumble was a pretty clear punch out.

    I mean, the defense is generating turnovers pretty consistently. They were much better against the run this week....against a team that had been running well! The QB got a lot of yard scrambling, which sucked, but, while they are not a world beating defense, I feel like there was improvement this week.

    Fun fact: The Lions have only one win against a team currently over .500. That team is the Bears.

    The Brewers Are Trying to Troll the Cubs During Batting Practice - Bleacher Nation I would not be mad about them basically playing the Sirius XM Yacht Rock station, personally.
