    Not to pile on at all...but at the rate we are going we don't play in big games right now.

    I would be surprised if we get to 70 wins. This team is just bad. The starting pitchers go out there knowning they have to be pretty damn near perfect every outing. If we fall behind early, our offense cannot manufacture an attempt at a comeback. Reality has set in. Good teams do not go pathetic periods like we are on. I wouldn't be surprised if Prior doesn't even pitch until after the break. He is not the answer to our problems. The list is too long.

    Neifi, I'm not wishing death on you, but please get injured for the rest of the year. You are, without a doubt, THE most useless player I have ever seen. And this includes Jose Macias. Agreed. You know I've been a Cubs fan for a long time. Since I don't live in Chicago I signed up w/ NSBB to take part in baseball discussions with other Cubs fans. I don't post too often and I'm not prone to hyperbole or too much sarcasm (enough I suppose). I can take the wins with the losses...no problem.......BUT....... THAT was the single worst example of major league baseball I have seen. I have always disliked Neifi and always just considered him to be one of Dusty's boys but enough is enough.......He has no business being in a Cubs uniform...none what so ever.
