If this is indeed what is holding the trade i would imagine that the deal can be announced tomorrow or saturday. If the mariners fix the paperwork this afternoon i would imagine Sherill and Jones would get check by the orioles tomorrow and then the deal would get announced. Anyway i can't imagine what the reaction would be in here if Roberts gets traded to the indians the next day after Bedard is gone. :lol: We'd have to keep the other thread going in perpetuity, in honor of the legendary status of a 150+ page thread on a trade that didn't happen. Kind of an alternative universe 72 Dolphins toasting champagne when the last team loses every year. BTW, are they going to quit doing that crap if the Pats win? They don't do it now. They don't as an organized entire-team reunion event, but Buoniconti certainly does so, I believe with Dick Anderson and Garo as they call Shula. And Anderson sent the Chargers a case of Dom when they beat the Colts in '05. And most annoyingly of all, Berman mentions it every season with the popping sound in the background.

I would say that Huckabee is the only GOP candidate that would lose to HC. I believe the GOP is rooting for Hillary and the Dems are rooting for Huck. Two rubes from Arkansas, one slicker than the other.

No you don't. Plz stop posting. Because his opinions are different than yours he should stop posting? This isn't an opinion on who should be the starting SS for the Cubs in 2008, the issue on hand is that now 3 children don't have a mother, and people feel the need to defend the scumbag responsible for this....it is quite disgusting. Leyritz is an ass and deserves to rot in prison for life, but sympathy for him does not equate to defending the guy.
