  1. +1 PingHitter. I have to go with the guy who knows what he is talking about.
  2. Cherry needs to stretch out that lat. I'm sure he's never thought to stretch. I was not being serious when I said that. It was more of a joke than anything. hahahahahahaha Think the game. I wouldn't expect you to get it anyways.
  3. That was one thing that really standed out. I love when players show their emotions on the field. As long as they can cantrol it.

  5. Good for Lackey. Well deserved.
  6. Hard to win when your pitching and defense don't come ready to play. Oh well. Get the win tomarrow.
  7. He was on Comcast this Thursday.
  8. Marmol is staying with the Cubs.
  9. smoltz????? I always have been a big fan of Smoltz. Yeah, but If I was starting a franchise I'd probably start with a guy who wont be dead by the teams 5th anniversary. Obviously the goal would be to win a championship in the first couple of years.
  10. smoltz????? I always have been a big fan of Smoltz.
  11. Lackey Johan Santana Peavy Haren Smoltz Solid Rotation.
  12. I would rather take a risk on Jermaine Dye.
  13. I was under the impression that Williams is inclined to keep Konerko. Dye needs to go for sure. I guess I am just not sure how much he'll get out of the others, and thought Buehrle was his best negotiating piece. If Dye proves that he is healthy enough to handle RF, I would not mind Hendry going out and trading for him. He and Floyd would make a very solid platoon in RF.
  14. Sorry. Now we're going to have to put Dempster on the DL even though I'm just about positive he doesn't need it. Those oblique injuries are really hard on a pitcher. Its probably better off to put Dempster on the DL and let that oblique heal rather than risking him hurting it even more.
  15. Given that he is a converted infielder, shouldn't it help that he has less mileage on his arm? Depends on how you look at it. Some players are able to convert into becoming a pitcher and some end of blowing out their arms trying to. Im not going to go into the mechanical side of it because the majority of the people would not understand it.
