I don't think the artcles or the players say they were taunted because they were black...just that when they were taunted, many of those attacks came in the forms of racist ones because they were back.

I don't see anything "clearly" about it. It is listed as both April 13 and April 15. Why would he post this note after the Cubs game anyway (7:26 pm)? He says "again", and he references Cubs officials saying 3-5 days, something that was not discussed Monday. So he wrote the article for today, but it was dated for the 13th and posted at the latest as of 3:30 PM yesterday. April 15, 11:00 AM. It doesn't make any sense that he would have posted that on April 13 at 7:26. The most likely explanation is the timestamp is screwed up and it is today. Nah, I think I figured it out. They or he just updated an injury-themed entry by Levine from the 13th to include info about today. Hence the original time stamp and the comment from the 14th.

Yeah, sounds about right to me. Neither the article nor the players seem to be saying that all Cubs fans or racist. There's just a very vocal minority that have no problem going to that well when they don't like a player of color.

I think it's clearly talking about today's game. He has a separate blog about Monday's game and Aramis getting pulled. The date on the right side shows this blog as the 15th. Besides, if you believe the April 13th date, it says it was at 7:26 PM. Why would Levine say at the end: More to follow after Piniella's pregame news conference? It's obvious the date is wrong after that statement because Lou's next pregame conference wouldn't be for almost 2 days from the time the date/time combination says it was posted. Again, look at the date and time for the comment attached to it. That's what threw me off. The article itself was updated for today's info, but was originally posted on the 13th.

Like I said, he could end up pulled today, but this blog was clearly posted on the 13th given its date and the comment attached to it. Not sure why he used "again," but he's also talking about "today's game" and it was clearly written and posted before today.

I can't see how you possibly think that that entry is meant for anything except Monday. I mean, Aramis may end up pulled today, but that blog isn't reporting it.

I think his version gets increasingly cartoonish with each season. It was pretty ridiculous Opening Day, like someone pretending to sing with a bombastic opera voice when they can't. His "BRRRRRAA-AY-AY-AY-AY-AY-AAVE" is almost "CAAAAAAPTAIN CAA-AY-AY-AY-AY-AVEMAN" at this point. -
