    Yeah. It was him knocking up a stripper and not his assholish behavior after. Also, most football players are loyal to their coaches and what not. It's part of the meatball code of the game. That shouldn't be lauded. That's whatever. He wasn't particularly loyal to a couple QBs over the years either. If he was so loyal, he would have looked at the cap situation and realized that it wasn't "lack of respect" driving that offer; it was a limited budget. When Sayers ripped Cutler publicly Urlacher unloaded on him (Sayers). Other than that, not a hell of a lot to be particularly loyal to at the QB position over his career. He seemed to back Orton OK.

    What did Urlacher ever whine about? The Gale Sayers thing? He was a mouthpiece for Loviespeak about running the football and controlling the game with defense but I never considered him a complainer. Far from it.

    Hmm, I would argue that they have a lot of real nice pieces there and just need a competent coach and a non-disaster QB. All that was Piolo's doing. They should be much improved this year.

    Is it really that big of an insult? That's probably his fair/open market value, especially with quite a few decent LB still available in FA. And we don't know what type of performance bonuses were also offered. vaughn mcclure @vxmcclure23 The deal the Bears offered Brian Urlacher maxed out at $ 2 million for one year. Meaning he wasn't guaranteed that $ 2 million.

    He's the best. I've always loved him but it's great that he's been openly campaigning for Iowa to get in. How many commentators would say on national tv that a team just got "Teddy V'ed" against MSU and that is why people are keeping them out? Plus he just kills Davis in every debate. Davis was saying no way should Iowa be in after earlier using close road losses to favor another team. Gottlieb brought up all of Iowa's close road losses against good teams, asked him why that didn't matter for them and Seth just was left stammering with his smarmy smile. He's a good announcer, but he's also a thief and pos human being. How do you muster up the energy to get out of bed in the morning knowing you'll be offended by everything and everyone?
