well, those really aren't the only 2 options... Long term? Name one other career option for Jorge Soler besides playing for us or playing for another team. You can't squander a player's development by just having them sit on the bench. don't go moving the goal posts, but since you brought it up, he still has a minor league option this year. or we could catapult him into the sun

If you're suggesting that we just banish him to the bench, that doesn't seem very logical. We have to either play him, or trade him to a team that can play him. That's all there is to it. well, those really aren't the only 2 options...

If a town is big enough for a Papa Johns or a Domino's, they have some kind of mom and pop pizza in town that's better. I'm quite familiar with plenty of podunk central Illinois towns and their pizza availability. Just to be clear, I was talking about the whole region, not just the city of Chicago. I know the rest of IL, WI, MI, IN, and IA all have decent pizza, too. The majority of the country, though, is pretty remote. If you don't live within a reasonable distance of a metro area, your pizza options are going to be pretty weak. if you don't live within a reasonable distance of a metro area, you're not going to have a Papa Johns or Dominos
