  1. Details for those of us who didnt see it? Z and Barrett were jaw jacking a little bit in the dugout after the big inning, and all the sudden Z tried to grab Barrett and was trying to attack him and punch him in the head. Barrett wasn't on the offensive at all it seemed. Zambo is crazy. I'm gonna try and upload a video of it soon.
  2. Holy Cow. What are the ramifications of this? This team is disintegrating before our eyes.

  4. I just realized, Hendry looks mentally handicapped in your avatar...lol "have you seen my baseball?
  5. Indeed. They seem to have a knack for playing well against good teams and playing sucky against teams that aren't worth a damn. Unfortunately, the NL Central is full of the latter.
  6. dude, it is good - but maybe you need to set your sights a bit higher for the "hero" tag... And maybe you need to turn on your hyperbole detector.
  7. He's not as bad as Johnny "Unfrozen Caveman Lawyer" Damon. But in reality, the protruding forehead that Giambi has is a result of the HGH. Look at Bonds, McGwire, Sosa, Giambi, Bret Boone. They all developed gigantic foreheads.

  9. I thought he was married? I seem to remember a story a few years ago about how he and his wife liked to go to swinger parties or something.
  10. Is it not relevant to relate my personal experience with trickery as to why I'm defending it?
  11. Perhaps it's on the extreme side of things, but I'm not going to completely disagree with him doing it.
  12. When's the last time you saw a fielder making a play on a ball when a runner passes him and yells to confuse him ? T-Ball maybe ? I saw my fair share of trickery in the college game.
  13. I don't really see a problem with it. All is fair and love in war. I like Brenly's view of modern baseball: teams are too friendly and considerate with each other. After all, trickery is part of the game. We fake pickoff's, have pitchouts, throw pitches that bend and dip, etc. Ty Cobb said it best: "Baseball is a red-blooded sport for red-blooded men. It's no pink tea, and mollycoddles had better stay out. It's a struggle for supremacy, a survival of the fittest."
  14. so freaking pitiful. Some scrub is going to dominate us, as usual.
  15. Ya know up until the rules change in like 1904, you could still bean the baserunner and have it counted as an out.
  16. We must all be total masochists. All of us. I'm really starting to think that.
  17. It's ANGRY MOB time!! http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e289/doctor_roxtar/mob1.jpg
  18. Dang, I wanted SOMEONE'S head to roll after that meeting.
  19. Anyone seen Barrett in the dugout yet? Is he there?
