  1. most? what % of SEC linemen are drafted every year? I don't even know what he's talking about. Tebow dominates the SEC line of scrimmage?? It takes a special kind of athlete to take the ball and fall down on the goal line not exactly what i meant, but ok
  2. most guys that can physically dominate an SEC line of scrimmage can do so at the NFL level. I think the FB idea sounds good.
  3. I still think he will be a pretty successful NFL TE. Snead will definitely be an NFL QB methinks. But as big of an ole miss homer I am right now, I'd definitely have to go for Tebow if I was voting for best QB in the conference.
  4. He's probably off somewhere crying into his pillow wondering why god hates him.

  8. Some uncomfortable/funny audio, but at the Media Day today Tebow admitted he was a virgin after being asked by a reporter whether he is "saving himself for marriage". http://ncaafootball.fanhouse.com/2009/07/23/tim-tebow-says-hes-still-a-virgin-saving-himself-for-marriage/ This is unfortunate news for Meph.
  9. I wish I had known about this before I watched. That's the worst "moment" call ever. YUCK.
  10. That's where they put the overflow crowds during this post season games. Usually if the ball went into the crowd without bouncing it was a ground rule double. If it rolled into the crowd, they were expected to make way for the fielder to run in there and get the ball. There's a famous story about Ty Cobb diving into one of those overflow crowds at Shibe Park one day and falling on a fan's hat, crushing it. The next inning Cobb brought out a 10 dollar bill and gave it to the fan. 10 dollars back then could have bought 20 of those hats, so the fan was quite pleased.

  13. Roberto Novoa. Did he ever once have a good outing? lol, wow. not many. look at all those hits. http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/gl.cgi?n1=novoaro01&t=p&year=2006
  14. NONE at all. I get douche chills just thinking about it. He truly disgusts me more than any player since Lenny Harris.
  15. What happened? Did you retire it? There must be an equally odd gif you can share with us. Fred doesn't like it for some reason.
  16. gif of crazy tabby cat playing a cello while mickey mouse convulses on the ground
  17. I wouldn't argue against that point for the most part. However, I think the special guys from 100 years like Cobb or Speaker would still be good players today just because they were so, so much better than their competition. One year when Cobb hit .390 the league average was .256. Another thing to remember about the players from 100 years ago is that these were the best (white obviously) players of their time. There was an extensive amount of lower professional leagues (early minor leagues) back then and all the athletes in the country were playing baseball since football and basketball weren't really on the national radar all that much. So the guys who played in the bigs 100 years ago were not only the best ballplayers in the country but also among the best athletes in the country (Jim Thorpe played in the MLB for 6 years, for example). It wasn't like someone could just walk up to the park and say "hey y'all, I wanna play!!". They had a pretty big network of minor leagues and you had to work your way up just like now.
