Wowzers. 670 the score is reporting the same thing. Can't say I blame them. It's pretty much a certainty that this incident means the chance of making it 6 games instead of 8 is gone. And there's a decent chance Goodell would actually add games as this is a new incident. Had Tank taken the situation seriously, and turned his life around without incident, he'd have been showing a real committment to correcting his mistakes. This isn't about being out at 3:30 AM to me, I don't care about that stuff. But this is about being in Tank's situation and being out at 3:30 AM with perhaps something iffy in his system. I thought Tank was pretty disappointing as a player for most of his time here, so it's easier to swallow if true. But he was still a decent cog on the wheel. As long as they find a way to replace him, and feel confident in Harris and Dusty (which I presume they do), then I can't say they are making a mistake. He refused a breathalyzer so the police had to get a warrent to take his blood. Pretty sure he's going to get a DUI, which I would imagine end any chance of him playing this year. Getting rid of him is the right call. You can't let this guy burn you over and over again. Like you said, he's a ok player but not good enough to continually deal with his crap.
