  1. Another good outing for me. 6 IP, 4 H, 1 ER, 5 K, 1 BB. My ERA's down to 5.29.
  2. I'm sorry, but I won't be able to continue to give updates tonight.
  3. Please keep it up. You've been pretty terrible so far this season. I was actually pretty good in my last start. 6 innings, 2 runs. Only 1 was earned however. That 5.82 ERA still isn't too hot though. The first inning did bring you down to 5.68, but that could still use some work. Give me some time. At least I'm doing better than Z. :P Wrong again, Z is sitting at 5.61. I guess that's why you're still in the minors. Whoops! I thought his ERA was slightly higher than that.
  4. My second inning: Adam Rosales: Pitch 1: called strike Pitch 2: ball up and in, almost hit him Pitch 3: line drive triple to center. Amador makes a diving attempt but can't come up with it. :( Daniel Dorn: Pitch 1: ball Pitch 2: fouled back Pitch 3: RBI double to left, 1-0 Sarasota :( Carson Kainer: Pitch 1: called strike Pitch 2: called strike Pitch 3: strike 3 swinging! 1 down. Craig Tatum: Pitch 1: foul tip Pitch 2: strike swinging Pitch 3: ball low and away Pitch 4: foul off to the right Pitch 5: ball low and away Pitch 6: ground ball single into left, runners at 1st and 3rd Eric Eymann: Pitch 1: ball just low Pitch 2: foul crushed down the left field line Pitch 3: ball up and away Pitch 4: ball low and away Pitch 5: 6-4-3 double play! :D 1 run on 3 hits for Sarasota. 1-0.

  6. Daytona gets a single but doesn't score in the bottom of the 2nd. 0-0.
  7. I wonder why Colvin isn't playing tonight? :?

  9. Dopirak strikes out swinging in his first at-bat. :(
  10. My first inning: Mike Griffin: Pitch 1: called strike Pitch 2: strike on a checked swing Pitch 3: foul down the 3rd base line Pitch 4: ground-out to short. 1 down. Mike DeJesus: Pitch 1: called strike Pitch 2: called strike Pitch 3: ball just outside Pitch 4: ball in dirt Pitch 5: ground-out to short. 2 down. Jay Bruce: 2-0, missed them Pitch 3: foul Pitch 4: strike swinging Pitch 5: strike 3 swinging! 3 down.
  11. Please don't suck. I'll try. Here I go! :P
  12. I would rather see Theriot at short and leading off, Soriano batting second, DeRosa at second and batting somewhere, and Izturis on the bench.
  13. If the Cubs lose tonight, I think bhogg needs to start a game thread or seven to try and get them back on track. He is the game thread pimp after all.
  14. I'm probably in the minority here judging by a bunch of the posts in this thread, but I hate west coast night games.
  15. Tennessee up 4-2 in the 6th. Gallagher's done for the night. His final line: 5 IP, 4 H, 2 ER, 3 BB, 1 K Peora down 3-2 in the 8th. Shaver's line: 4.2 IP, 7 H, 2 ER, 1 BB, 3 K
  16. Hill needs to get back to his April form.
  17. Remember when LaTroy Hawkins was brought in to face Barrett, and Barrett crushed the first pitch for a homer? Never a good idea to do something like that.
  18. i honestly have no idea what the strike zone is in this game There's a strike zone?
