    It's not Rusch's fault the defense behind him sucks. The first inning was his fault. This inning isn't. regardless, Jeff Conine should not be 2 for 2. Crappy players do good against every Cubs pitcher, not just Rusch. *cough* Bill Hall *cough*

But when no ball is played on October 5th, on November 5th, on December 5th...we'll all be missing the Cubs. No, I'll still be pissed at the Cubs for throwing away yet another promising season with inept play and idiotic managing. Why, when you can turn that energy towards being pissed at the Illini, Blackhawks and Bears instead? Maybe he's like me, and the only sport he likes is baseball. I absolutely hate football with a passion.

    Why bring up a SS when a 3B is needed. I really hope Nomar isn't going to be playing 3B everyday when Ramirez is DL'ed. At least Macias is staying on the bench. Why not Fontenot or McClain? Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought Cedeno had played some 3rd in the minors.
