Why do they chose the crappy jerseys for the pic, especially one Soriano has never worn? EDIT: I realize the blues are coming back this year, just thought it was weird that they photoshopped Fonz in a blue jersey.

    Does he realize he lives in Chicago? Also, the Cubs are going to have only 79 home games that season because of the 2 @ US Cellular. The who concept sucks. Lets hope it never happens. Where do you get the idea that the Cubs are only getting 79 home games because of the 2 @ US Cellular Field? All teams have 81 home games or is there something I am missing here?? I wasn' thinking clearly, we'd actually get 3 less home games because we play 6 games vs. the White Sox each year, and they'd all me at US Cellular. While we'd play as the home team, it would be like losing 3 home games, IMO.

    I hope this is sarcasm. I wrote that he's a better leadoff man, which i stand by. Soriano's obviously the better hitter.

    But he still takes less pitches and he scores far fewer runs. Besides, you can't just subtract Soriano's intentional walks. The kind of player he is draws him more of those types of walks. Is the end result the same? Yes. It's a walk. Not like it's a huge difference with the IBBs... Soriano drew 4, Theriot 1. Plus, you're not going to get IBBed to start the game. I think Theriot is a better leadoff hitter than Soriano.
