BS calls? Explain. The non strike(s) in this game, and 4 or 5 missed calls in the Demp's loss to the Reds :roll: Those are just two games you're talking about. We blew the Reds game ourselves thanks to Fontenot's terrible fielding and his terrible baserunning in the 9th. Fontenot actually was safe at home despite the atrocious base running, but other that that you're not incorrect.

Missed opportunities and BS calls have summed up the Cubs losses in 08 so far.

Man, even if the Cubs make the playoffs, they are going to run into the D'Backs eventually with Webb/Haren/Johnson/Scherzer it is virtually impossible to win a series

Pena and Qualls are pretty tough, but despite his early success, Lyon is not. Gotta keep it within 1 though. Juan Cruz has been good as well. Not yesterday though, he won't pitch today

Bingo What happened to Fukupatience? He walked earlier in the game. Soto strikes out swinging. End of the inning. I was talking to about the strike call. It was the same pitch Dempster had called a ball. Did someone not understand this?
