Harrell had an ERA of over 9 last year. -
Wasn't Hendricks the game 3 starter last year and Lackey basically made it sure that Hammel wasn't even a 4th in the playoffs? I do look forward to Hammel being replaced in the rotation by someome younger and more talented. Hendricks actually started game 2 of the Cards series, so yeah, I guess he was the #3 at the time. I always saw the Lackey signing as intention of being #3 in a playoff series.

Fortunately Hammel wasn't going to be relied upon in the playoffs anyway. At this point, Hendricks is our game 3 starter isn't he? Funny to think about after last year.
